At Reece Tent Rental we take into consideration the number of guests, location and all aspects of your wedding as we walk you through the process making it easy and FUN!
A. A sub flooring can be used to protect high traffic areas or in areas where there is (or may be) excessive moisture. Outdoor carpeting is available that can enhance the appearance and comfort. Whatever you choose, just make sure you inform guests. Many types of shoes are fine for walking on flooring, but don’t do well for hours at a time on soft ground.
A. It is cheaper and much simpler sometimes being able to source all of the items from the same place, so you only have to deal with one vendor not several.
A. The set up for your event is based on the venue and/or location the tent is being delivered and what time and date they will allow. We prefer a day or two before your event to insure that all is taken care of so you don’t have to worry.

A. When you are sure that you have everything finalized, we would ask that all customers put a 50% deposit down to ensure that your tent is reserved for you. The remaining balance must be taken care of three days before your delivery.
A. With proper planning we can help our customers come up with a rain plan that will ensure that their event is able to continue despite the weather.
